80,000 Hours is a non-profit that researches how people can have a greater impact on their careers. You can look at the higher-impact career paths they identified so far, and you can apply for 1-1  with them. They also maintain a high-impact jobs board and produce a podcast.

Probably Good is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people maximize the positive impact of their careers. They do in-depth career profile analysis and provide 1-1 career consultations. You can read about their career guide here.  

Animal Advocacy Careers is a non-profit organization that seeks to address the career and talent bottlenecks in the animal advocacy movement, especially the farmed animal movement. They provide a career Guide on Animal advocacy for individuals at all experience levels and maintain a job board. 

Impactful Government Careers is a UK-based organization that offers 1-on-1 career consultations for people who are interested in pursuing a career in the civil service or government. 

Animal Advocacy Africa works to strengthen the capacities of African animal advocacy organizations that are reducing animal suffering by helping them to increase their funding and effectiveness. If you are an Animal advocate and looking for capacity support to increase the effectiveness of your work, consider reaching out to Animal Advocacy Africa. 

Charity Entrepreneurship researches the most effective interventions and incubates charities to implement these interventions. You can look at some of their recommended ideas and apply for their incubation program if you are fit and interested. CE has also started a career coaching program. If you’re interested in working in or building a startup and want to do as much good as possible, consider applying to their career coaching program. 

Effective Thesis aims to assist students in their thesis topic choice and direct their attention to areas that have the potential to improve the world significantly. You can explore their focus areas and apply for their coaching program here. 

Magnify Mentoring is a nonprofit organization that supports and connects people who want to make an impact on their careers. Originally aimed at women, non-binary, and trans people, they are now expanding their mentorship program and services to help more people. You can indicate interest in their mentoring program here.
